
I like eating. Eating is happy for me.❤ I do not have likes and hates about food! I like both of sweets and spicy food. However, I am attentive enough in eating habits. I eat a lot of vegetables. What's more I eat three times a day by thinking about the dietary balance. An excessive dieting gives me the stress. I think that it is important that the concern about calorie usually when I eat food. So that I need not do diet. I become a university student, and my eating habits have worsened a littele. My health worries more, and I want to better eating habits in mind.
