This story make me feel nervous. Jess went to the house of friend's Carla to stay. Carla slept on ahead. However, Jess was not able to sleep easily. At the time, something was heard from the window. She thrill with horror. Even if she looks out through the window, it is dark and doesn't see anything. She endures fear alone. The true identity of the sound is understood at the end of the story. She could sleep at relieve. What was the true identity of the sound.....? Please read this book! When the sound of the mystery is heard in the dark middle of the night, it is so scary. I think that Jess was very scared. So, I do not want to do such an experience. X(
